30DoB (Day 16)

This year for Lent I really didn't put a lot of thought into it. I suppose you could say I continued my journey of giving up pop but in all honesty I really have been incredibly distracted and giving up something wasn't on the top of my list. I suppose you could say I gave up being a complainer as lately my attitude about where I'm at in life has changed a lot.

Last year for Lent I specifically noted a few things I really wanted to focus on. I really wanted to un-install facecreep on my phone, to work on more core workouts and to stop being rude or gossiping about others. I honestly feel like I'm improving on those habits still today, I've still not been able to uninstall fcreep but in my defense I do almost all my business on there so I have to keep it. As for working out I'm still trying to get better but it's all about a lifestyle change at this point for me. I'm wanting to fix it, but it takes time to create new habits. 

Sorry today's a short post, I sucked at even thinking of things that I'd like to give up. I don't need a holiday to really give things up, I choose to do them on a daily basis if needed.

  1. It does take time to make a new habit. I honestly don't think it would be a good idea for you to get rid of your Facebook, especially if you have your business hooked to it.
