30DoB (Day 9)

Welcome everyone! To those who are new jump on in! No need to back track and catch up on what you've missed (unless of course you want to, then by all means please do). Grab the button and blog about today's question. We love including newbies and are excited to see what you have to say each day!

Umm, poetry?

This is NOT a prompt I made up. I hold +Heather Ann totally responsible for this one.

I'm not a poetry type person. I admit to having the book Where The Sidewalk Ends by Shel Silverstein but that doesn't mean I read all those crazy poems about love and romantic mushy stuff. I honestly rarely read poetry and I sometimes just don't get it. But, the prompt for today's implies that I need to. So I dug around and here's what I found.

Again, I'm the one who's in charge of this link-up so I can bend/break or change the rules if I want.

And I want to!

So, I'm going to add some inspirational quotes instead and then hunt around for a poem or two just to follow the rules and what not.

Don't worry about it! :)

YES! Gimme a hug, come on. You know you want to... pleeease?!

I run for me

YES! I run 110% for me. I don't do it to show off to others, I've stated in the past couple days how much it means to me and so this little hi-cu as I deem it, really explains my thoughts. And, if you find a runner who does distance, you'll notice they're so proud of how often they run, it's an addiction that once you start you just can't get enough of it! :)

This one really hits home with me. I'm struggling lately and I've posted a little bit about it. I feel as if the path I want to choose isn't quite ready for me. So instead I'm working on finding a full time position to supplement income until the chance comes to really do what I want with life. It's unfortunate that those who want to be entrepreneurs don't have that option in America because the cost of living along with the start-up costs of a business are too often too much for young adults to handle.

Never give up, like the poem says, your best day might be tomorrow but if you don't get through today you'll never know that. Keep pushing through the bad times to find the good. And enjoy the good days as they won't last forever. Life is all about the up's and down's so just hold on and make the best of the day's ahead.

So there, I followed the rules, I added an actual poem and I added a few inspirational pieces as well.

Next day please :)
