-Winter 2014 Book Challenge-

I'm late for the start (go figure) but I just love Megan's book challenges and wanted to participate again! So, I'll jump right in and just start my list and read accordingly in hopes of catching up and maybe completing a list for once!


#1 - Freebie! (5 points)  Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert (352 pages)
#2 - Read a book written by an author who has published at least 10 books (10 points) — Bad Girls Of The Bible by Liz Curtis (288 pages)
#3 - Read a book of short stories (10 points) — 
What Women Fear by Angie Smith (224 pages)
#4 - Read a book with a food in the title (10 points) — 
#5 - Read the first book in a series that is new to you (15 points) — 
#6 - Read a book that was originally written in a language that is not your native language (15 points) 
#7 - Read a book written by a local author (15 points) — 
#8 - Read a "bookish book" (20 points) — 
#9 - Read a book with a direction in the title (20 points) — 
#10 - Read a book from a genre you don't usually read (25 points) — A Million Little Pieces by James Frey (448 pages)
#11 - Read a book with a song lyric in the title (25 points) — A Million Ways To Die by Rick James (Alan Jackson: A Million Ways To Die)
#12 - Read two books with a different meal in each title (30 points) — 

Well, wish me luck. I figured with winter being so depressing I could get lost in a book or two and not feel too guilty hiding under blankies in bed for half a day ;)
